How Reginn collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Reginn collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to reginn.me and the Reginn booking platform.

Account data: your name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password when you register as a client or business owner.
Booking data: the service, staff member, and date/time you choose, plus any notes added to a visit.
Business records: for businesses, client profiles, visit history, internal notes, and manually recorded payment amount and method (cash or card) for completed visits. Reginn does not process card payments itself and has no online payment processor today.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and basic diagnostic information captured automatically when an error occurs, used only to fix problems.
Uploaded files: company logo images a business chooses to upload.
To create and manage your account and provide the booking service (performance of a contract).
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and verification codes by email or SMS (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
To keep the platform secure and diagnose errors (legitimate interest).
To show optional cookies described in our Cookie Policy, only where you have given consent.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Reginn, under contract: hosting and infrastructure, our database provider, error monitoring, and email/SMS delivery providers used to send confirmations and verification codes.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. See Your Privacy Choices for more detail.
Service providers may process personal data in the EEA, Armenia, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA without an applicable adequacy decision, Reginn uses safeguards permitted by GDPR, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, and applies supplementary technical and organizational measures where required.
We keep account and booking data while the account is active and afterward only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. Short-lived verification, reservation, and security records expire according to their configured validity periods. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized unless applicable law requires longer storage.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time, for example via Cookie settings in the footer.
EU/EEA/UK residents can also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have the rights described in Your Privacy Choices.

Reginn is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We use technical and organizational measures, including encrypted password storage and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
