Description of service

Reginn is an online booking platform that helps salons and independent professionals manage appointments, staff, services, and clients, and lets clients book visits online.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Business accounts are responsible for the accuracy of the client and booking data they enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Business content and client data

Businesses using Reginn are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their service descriptions, prices, availability, cancellation rules, and client communications.

A booking made through Reginn creates a relationship between the client and the selected business for the salon or professional service. Reginn provides the technical booking platform and is not the provider of that salon or professional service.

Businesses are responsible for mandatory consumer information, performance of booked services, appointment cancellations, complaints, and any refunds owed to their clients. Businesses are also responsible for having a lawful basis to process client data and for handling privacy requests where they act as data controller.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions apply only to business workspaces. Public booking and client accounts do not currently require a payment to Reginn. Prices displayed for salon or professional services are set by the relevant business, and Reginn does not currently collect payment for those booked services.

Subscription prices, included limits, currency, billing interval, trial terms, applicable taxes, and renewal details are displayed before purchase in the Reginn workspace and Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, tax collection, and invoices.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and renewal terms shown at checkout until cancelled. The business owner can manage payment details or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Unless the checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to paid features then changes according to subscription status.

Refunds, chargebacks, and any statutory withdrawal rights are handled under applicable mandatory law and the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms presented at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Billing questions may be sent to info@reginn.me.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reginn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using Reginn at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Armenia unless mandatory applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
